  The Rum Glazed Cuban Pork is fantastic. The glaze is sweet without being overpowering. The menu changes with the seasons so dishes come and go. It's sad when you can't get a dish you loved before but awesome to have new things to try.

  We had reservations for a group of 14. Our table was ready when we got there and we were seated before everyone in our party was here. (I hate when they make you wait for everyone.). We were able to sit down order some drinks, appetizers and chat till everyone was there. I had the special drink, pumpkin ginger mojito and it was very good. Our server was very good. Drinks we kept full and he checked back often to see if anyone needed another cocktail. Husband and I both enjoyed our appetizers and dinner. So glad we tired a new place.

  Was a unique dining experience for us. The food was quite different than we normally seek. Trying something different is always a little risky but we really enjoyed everything we got at Paladar. Our waitress was outstanding. She really made sure our first experience there was great. I will go back.
